When using the PayOut & AirTime APIs, a confirmation email is sent to the address linked to the account for each transaction. The merchant is then prompted to log in and complete the transaction manually. For high traffic merchants this can quickly become unmanageable, so CinetPay allows the merchant to add the IP address of their servers to a whitelist so that all requests coming from this address are automatically processed without sending a validation email.
To do this you must, with the email address linked to the merchant account send an email to the address support.technique@cinetpay.com specifically requesting the addition of an address provided in the email to the whitelist.
